I am SO excited to finally begin the launch of Spencer & Pen.

I’ve been itching to join the writing community with a platform of my own for far too long, so when the name finally struck me, I knew it was time. (Why something so simple took so long is SO beyond me.)

While the “soft launch” is under way, in the coming weeks and beyond, you’ll have all sorts of tips and advice for writers of fiction, fantasy (my fave), non-fiction, memoir, poetry, and magazine articles, and through the outlining process right up to the pitch.

Drawing from my own experience and what I’ve learned from this life-long passion, I hope I can spare you from the same mistakes I made, and keep you motivated and inspired to get your work in the world.

With a flair for seductive story-telling, a natural talent for language arts, and an unrelenting drive to create, founder Sheri Spencer is thrilled to launch Spencer & Pen and connect with other writers around the world.

Her published work has appeared in national magazines and a poetry anthology, but new works, including short stories, and her debut novel are approaching the final revisions.
